The 23 man squad has got a few surprises within it like every other squad would with the likes of Eren Derdiyok and Pirmin Schwegler missing out although they are both named in the reserves list.
Youngsters Xherdan Shaqiri, Granit Xhaka, Haris Seferovic, Josip Drmic and Ricardo Rodriguez have all been given a spot in the squad and will also have big role to play in the starting line-up as well.
