The deal is set to be done for a fee of around 6 million euros according to sportmediaset but in previous times, Napoli wanted to recoup the 8 million euros which they paid to buy the Swiss international from Fiorentina.
Behrami has not been a big part of the squad in Naples this season with the side choosing the likes of Jorginho, Inler ahead of the 29 year-old with other reinforcements set to push Behrami out of the side even further in the Summer.
It is believed that Behrami has signed a three-year deal at the club with an annual salary of around 1.8 million euros without added bonuses and will join Nemanja Vidic as the club's second signing in preparation for next season.
Behrami made 33 appearances in all competitions this season with 21 of those in Serie A where he helped contribute to the side claiming third place in the league.
