Man United Defender Evra Closing on Juventus Move

France international and Manchester United left-back Patrice Evra looks set to make the move to Italy in the Summer with Juventus big favourites to sign the 33 year-old.

Juventus are planning to have a mini revolution at the club during the off season with a change of formation to a 4-3-3 looming depending on whether they can bring in players who can perform in these roles.

And Patrice Evra could be the perfect beginning to this with the Turin giants wanting to sign the player and are in fact fairly close to the signature despite interest from Inter Milan.

Italian media are reporting that the French defender has been in Turin and has had talks with the club and also has undertaken a medical as well.

But with the talks being held as well as a medical, the move hasn't been completed with Evra still undecided on whether to renew his contract at United which runs out in just over a month or leave.

The Frenchman knows Italy from previous experience having began his professional career in Italy playing for AC Monza and also Marsala.

The Black and White are also well in the hunt to sign Barcelona star Alexis Sanchez and fellow United player Nani who also are players which would fit into the wide roles either on the right or left in a possible new formation.
