Roma's Jedvaj Makes Bayer Leverkusen Loan Move

Young Roma prospect Tin Jedvaj is set to head out on loan for the upcoming season with Bayer Leverkusen closing a deal to have the 18 year-old temporarily.



The young Croatian who moved to the Italian club at during last Summer has made only two appearances for the side including a last match start where he showed why Roma paid so much to get his signature.

But with the likes of Leandro Castan, Mehdi Benatia, Alessio Romagnoli and possibly even Rafael Toloi remaining at the club next season, Jedvaj is unlikely to find a whole lot more playing time during in a stage where he needs to play to develop.

The former Dinamo Zagreb player will make the move to Germany where it is likely that he will be able to play much more frequently with Leverkusen who have a great record with developing young players.

In other Leverkusen news, Emre Can has left the club after just one season with the 20 year-old choosing to make a move to Liverpool after his 12 million euro release clause was activated by the Anfield side.
