Erick Thohir's Inter have reportedly made an offer of around 5.5 million for the player but it is believed that Cruzeiro want that offer raised to 7 million according to Tuttosport as they want to keep him for the Libertadores.
They may not have been able to strike a transfer fee for the player as of yet but they have indeed got an agreement with the player who is deemed the replacement for Cambiasso and an ideal pairing with former Lazio player Hernanes.
Nilton who is currently considered one of the best player in Brazil, has already agreed to a four-year contract with the club on an annual wage of around 2.9 m.
